Do I have to create an account before placing an order?
If you wish to make an order without creating an account, please select the guest checkout option. By registering with us and creating an account, you will be able to: track your orders and review past purchases, request a return or exchange directly from your account, shop even quicker the next time by saving your address and card details, and manage your account details, address book and email preferences.
My favourite product is no longer on the site...
We are always working hard on new products that we hope you’ll love and share, and as we are getting ready to introduce new launches, we may phase out of some of our existing products. We hope you’ll stay tuned to discover new Antos favourites in the coming months.
Will I still receive my order?
Currently all services are working well although please note that your items may take a little longer to arrive than expected. If you have any queries about your specific order, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Where do you ship and how much does shipping costs?
We ship to all EU countries. Full information on delivery time frames and prices can be found here. Please note, we do not ship to any mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.
