Return Information

You may return new or unused products within 28 days of the date the products were shipped to you.
Only items returned to us in fully resalable condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by the “Return Request” duly completed, will be accepted. Antos will not accept any items that have been used, damaged or altered in any way.


In case you would like another product we request you to place a new order in our online store.

Problems or complaints

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 5 days after receiving your order at in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request.

Faulty products

In the unlikely event you have been sent incorrect or faulty items, contact us stating your order number and we will advise on how to return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not sent in accordance with our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Our full terms can be viewed here and for any further queries, please contact us here.


When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.

How to return a product

  1. Please return your products accompanied by the Return Form you received with your package. Make sure to fill in the entire form and the code that best explains the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. In case you are not in the possession of the document anymore, you can find it here: Return Form. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.
  3. Package the products securely. All returns must be in new condition.
  4. Attach the the shipping label provided to your parcel and use any of your preferred shipping methods. Return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.
  5. Please retain your proof of postage from returns.
  6. Once received in our warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.
Antos cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in return transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

Products not purchased directly from Antos Website

Only products purchased directly from the Antos website can be returned following the steps described above. If you purchased your Antos products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they were purchased from.
