Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on Antos.dog, you may return the unused item to us for a refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order date for orders placed on Antos.dog and shipping within the European Union.
After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to non-EU countries are final.
How do I return an item?
Go to antos.eu/returns and we guide you further. We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with return instructions and the return shipping address. We are sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on Antos.dog may be returned.
When will I see my refund?
After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.
How will my money be returned to me?
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.
Can I return an Antos product purchased at a retail location through Antos.dog?
We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on Antos.dog. We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.
What items are eligible for returns?
Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition. Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. Products shipped outside the EU are not eligible for returns. Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund.
Damaged items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occuring during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occured to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at +31(0)418 541005 or via e-mail at shop@antos.nl.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
