Shipping & Delivery
Will I still receive my order?
Currently all services are working well although please note that your items may take a little longer to arrive than expected. If you have any queries about your specific order, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Where do you ship and how much does shipping costs?
We ship to all EU countries. Full information on delivery time frames and prices can be found here. Please note, we do not ship to any mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you will need to log in to your Antos account using your username and password. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to use your order number instead. Selecting Order History and clicking Track Order to see a status. If your order has already been despatched we will have provided you with a tracking number via email. Click here to log in to your account. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Please remember that orders cannot be edited once process begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.
Do you ship to PO addresses?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We can only deliver to your permanent residential address, or your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at your place of work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods and sign for the parcel.
How can I edit my shipping address?
All shipping address changes can be made in the 'My Account' section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address. Click here to log in to your account.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We currently ship with POSTNL and DPD.
When will I receive my order?
Due to POSTNL, DPD carrier capacity issues occuring nationwide, shipments may experience several days in delays. All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered. PLEASE NOTE: Antos reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
What happens if I am out when my goods are delivered?
If you are out when your goods are delivered, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-arranging the delivery for a more convenient time.
